Missions :

 

As Group Safety Manager, your mission is to promote and implement a true safety culture supporting our strategic axe toward 0-accident. You are in charge of collecting and aligning safety standards within the group with the aim of structuring working methods and best practice. You are the representative of our operational teams dedicated to safety, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and promoting a proactive security culture.

 

As such, your missions are:

  • Develop and implement consistent safety policies, procedures and programs across all company
  • Oversee regular security audits and ensure that all non-compliances are corrected in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with operational teams to integrate effective safety practices into all processes
  • Provide ongoing safety training and educate staff on the importance of safety best practices
  • Act as the primary point of contact for safety regulatory authorities in each country where we operate.
  • You will work under the responsibility of the Group Safety & Operationnal Excellence director and in direct contact with the countries Health & Safety practitioners.

 

 

Profile :

 

We are looking for a profile with a university education in engineering, safety sciences or related and relevant field. A significant experience of at least 5 years in a safety management role in industry.

 

You have in-depth knowledge of safety regulations in France, Spain and the United Kingdom?

You have a great ability to demonstrate and interact with a multicultural teams?

You are recognized for your communication skills?

 

 

Working environment :

 

  • Position can be in any sites of the company (Paris, Nantes, London, Medina El Campo)

20 % travel to be expected on all sites in France, UK and Spain.

  • 218-day framework package
  • 11 RTT (including 1 for solidarity day)
  • Up to 2 days of teleworking
  • Remuneration: To be negotiated
